![]() Little LamplightĮver seen the Goonies? Yes? Good, that’s all Little Lamplight contains really little Goonie wannabes, minus Sloth. Also, Moira diminishes Megaton to number 5, to be honest. Megaton is only 5th on my list, but if it was featured in more events, it’d be higher on my list. Oh yeah, the church there, The Church Of The Children Of Atom, worshiped the nuke there, believing each atomic mass contains within it an entire universe, and when an atomic mass is split many universes are created. These crazy people saw the great war as a way for many universes to be created. The citizens greeted me, Confessor Cromwell would ignore me as he preached to the still active, radioactive nuke in the center of Megaton and I would enter my earned house to listen to the many, um… “great” nerdy jokes my own robot butler would say to me. Sadly she survives being nuked, somehow, and becomes a ghoul.Īfter a long day, I liked to return here. She is actually the reason I blew up Megaton in my second playthrough. ![]() But still, she did give me easy XP and paid well in some respect, which makes her memorable as well. Her voice, her unawareness of the dangers of the wasteland and her voice make me regret choosing to do her quests, helping make the Wasteland Survival Guide. There are many other characters living in this settlement, Moira Brown being one, who I hate with a passion. ![]() Gob is the reason I didn’t blow up Megaton the first time, he made me care for his survival, being a cool ghoul. Gob is a cool ghoul, and will give you discounts and information if you speak to him like a human, instead of the ghoul he may be. Nukes are cool, but hey, I haven’t introduced Gobtholemew “Gob” yet. Even though he offers you a place in Tenpenny Tower, he also offers to blow Megaton up with a nuke. Burke sits inside Moriarty’s Saloon, casually calling you over to discuss matters with him. I called the Protectron Katie.īesides Katie, the sheriff of the community greets you too, and gives a brief history of events in the settlement, which only interested me in learning more about this “delightful” place. Not to mention, a friendly Protectron even welcomes you inside Megaton, which instantly drawn me inside. Upon exiting Vault 101, this should be the first settlement you come across, with its shanty walls made out of aircraft debris that stand out from a distance. In this short list, I will talk briefly about my favourite locations from Fallout 3, depending on their backstory and the events that occur there. This can be fixed by continually reloading the save until they are alive.Fallout 4 is around the corner (Finally!) and all we can do until its release is look back at the reward winning Fallout 3.
